
Tanner Lubach is a former standout catcher who played for the Nebraska Cornhuskers from 2013 to 2015. Following his college career, he was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the 9th round of the 2015 MLB Draft and went on to play four years of professional baseball. Lubach has since transitioned to coaching and now serves as the hitting coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Josh Roeder is a former pitcher, and the career saves record holder at the University of Nebraska. After a notable collegiate career, he was selected in the 21st round by the New York Yankees of the 2015 MLB Draft. With seven years of professional baseball experience, Roeder now serves as the pitching coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University and as a coach for the Nebraska Prospects Organization.
Phoenix Stevenson is a former class A all-state catcher from Grand Island, NE who went on to play NCAA Division II baseball at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Stevenson has 10+ years of coaching experience, including collegiate, club, legion, and high school teams. He currently serves as a director and coach for the Nebraska Prospects baseball organization, and is the varsity hitting coach for Omaha Skutt-Catholic HS.

Wyatt brings a well-rounded playing background and a comprehensive understanding of the game to CHIPS Performance. A former athlete at University of Texas at Arlington and Hutchinson Community College, Wyatt competed at both the junior college and Division I levels, gaining experience on both sides of the ball against high-level competition. His experience as both a hitter and pitcher give him a unique perspective on how the two sides of the game intersect—understanding pitch intent, sequencing, swing decisions, and game strategy from a complete lens. Wyatt emphasizes efficient swing mechanics, bat speed development, and approach at the plate, while also helping pitchers refine command, movement profiles, and competitive presence on the mound.
At CHIPS, Wyatt is committed to developing complete athletes. He blends technical instruction with game awareness, ensuring players not only improve their physical tools but also elevate their baseball IQ. His goal is to help athletes train with purpose, compete with confidence, and perform when it matters most.

Theo brings a strong pitching background and a deep understanding of player development to CHIPS Performance. A former pitcher at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Theo competed at the collegiate level while refining his command, pitch development, and overall game strategy. During his time at Nebraska Wesleyan, Theo developed a reputation for his work ethic, competitiveness, and attention to detail on the mound. His firsthand experience navigating college baseball gives him valuable insight into what it takes to prepare athletes for the next level—both physically and mentally.
At CHIPS, Theo is passionate about helping pitchers build efficient mechanics, improve velocity and command, and develop confidence in high-pressure situations. He is committed to creating a training environment that challenges athletes to grow, compete, and reach their full potential.

Elliott brings high-level playing experience and a deep passion for player development to CHIPS Lincoln. A former player at the University of Arkansas, Elliott competed at one of the premier programs in college baseball, developing under elite coaching while facing top-tier SEC competition. During his time in Fayetteville, Elliott built a reputation for his work ethic, attention to detail, and competitive edge. His experience in a nationally recognized program gives him firsthand insight into what it takes to prepare athletes for the next level.
At CHIPS, Elliott is committed to helping players sharpen their skills, improve their baseball IQ, and train with purpose. He brings the same intensity and professionalism from his playing days into every session, pushing athletes to maximize their potential and compete with confidence.
